Every appointment is confirmed in advance. We attend on time, without exception, and communicate any changes before they arise.

Every installation is completed to the current 18th Edition wiring regulations. Full certification is issued on completion, as a matter of course.

Quotations are provided in writing prior to commencement. The agreed price is the final price. There are no additions without prior written agreement.

He leads ATS with a clear focus on accountability, compliance and long-term client trust across residential, commercial and emergency work.

Tom has been part of Area Technical Services since the beginning, with fifteen years of consistent residential and commercial delivery across Hertfordshire.
